{spinach dip}


1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped (optional)


Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours.

This question is actually about a couple of other recipes I saw and can't wait to try. I'm going to make a shopping list...can't wait. What is a cube of butter? Thanks, Michelle Korsak (Michelle Peterson's sister in-law from NH)

1/2 cup of butter is the same thing. When you purchase butter it should come in 4 individual bars and one of those is a cube.
